Grant E Pollack is Managing Member of the firm.  He has over 30 years of experience in federal litigation, information privacy, computer law, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, licensing and related corporate transactions.  In addition to his extensive practice in business law and litigation, Grant has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of Patents and Trademarks for clients throughout North America, Europe and Asia.  His technical expertise includes software, Internet, telecommunications, advanced materials, medical devices, lasers, robotics and pharmaceuticals.

Grant has lectured extensively on topics in Privacy and Intellectual Property Law, including "Intellectual Property Considerations in Exporting", "Patents, Trade Secrets & Privacy,"  "Legal Issues Confronting Entrepreneurs,"  "Patent Law and its Business Applications,"  the "Law of the Internet in New York," and "Intellectual Property Litigation," sponsored by organizations such as the American Bar Association, New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business Administration, Binghamton University's Center for International Business Advancement, and the American Corporate Counsel Association.  Also, he has testified as a Patent Law Expert in high profile cases such as Monec Holding AG v. Apple Inc. (E.D. Virginia).
